As the saying goes “you get what you pay for!” Brandon and his crew did an amazing job—and it was a big one! A total of 16 trees (and stumps) were removed. I can not say enough positive things about the amazing crew at Earthworks Tree Service! Firstly, they were super professional and a joy to work with.  Their interpersonal skills, well-oiled teamwork and outstanding customer orientation were just about unprecedented in my decades long experience of dealing with contractor/professionals.  They function like an all-star team to execute the job while keeping you informed and confirming choices along the way.  And when they encounter something that doesn't go to plan, they calmly and adroitly handle it safely and professionally.  And they were never in a hurry to leave the job site until we were 100% satisfied with the work!  Wow!  Can't recommend them highly enough! We have a Picea Orientalis tree, commonly known as as an Oriental Spruce that was originally planted in 1998. and is approximately 50' tall.    Several months ago we realized that several of the roots were growing under our driveway and pushing up the driveway stones that were close to the tree.  We removed the dirt from that area to expose the roots but were concerned that if we cut the offending roots we would destroy or seriously damage the tree.  After talking with a representative of Earthworks, they scheduled a visit within a few days of my call.  The representative was very familiar with the tree and provided expert advise on how and where to cut the roots and assured us that there may be some leaf drop but due to the size of the tree and availability of other very large roots, we could make the necessary cuts to avoid further damage to our driveway.  We were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Earthworks representative and the surprising fact that he would not charge for providing expertise only vs performing the work! Our neighbors had them cut down and remove a tall tree. While they were doing that we asked if they would remove a large amount of debris from some shrubs a friend cut for us. They were more than willing to do that for a reasonable amount. We were so pleased with their work and clean up as was our neighbors. Earthworks was at my home today removing some trees and branches that had become troublesome. The crew arrived on time and were all extremely professional. Christopher and the Earthworks team did an outstanding job pruning a couple of long-neglected flowering trees on my property. They did an amazing clean-up job after and most importantly to me, they preserved the integrity and character of these lovely trees. Would definitely use them again!
